Libya: Libya's Al-Khadim Airbase Becomes a Hub for Russian Arms in the Sahel

[RFI] Amid renewed relations with Libya, Russia is relying on the Al-Khadim base near Benghazi to strengthen its military presence in the Sahel region of Africa.
