Nigeria: INEC Moves Voting Date After Reviewing Logistics

[Daily Trust] Hours before voting commenced this morning in long-scheduled presidential and National Assembly elections, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) announced this morning that it is postponing the elections due to logistics issues.
