Sierra Leone: UN Marks Open Day On Women's Peace, Security in Post Conflict Countries

Participants from various fields gathered at the Njala House along Beach Road on Wednesday to commemorate the United Nations Open Day on United Nations Security Council Resolutions 1325 and 1820 on women's peace and security in post conflict countries that was launched last year. The meeting aimed at having a dialogue with senior representatives from the UN and Executive Representative of the UN Secretary General (ERSG), Michael Schulenburg. Source
