Cameroon: Audit Bench Magistrates Learn Judgement Drafting
Over 40 magistrates and auditors of the Audit Bench of the Supreme Court are acquiring skills in Yaounde in a workshop organized to enable them efficiently draft judgements after auditing the financial and accounting documents of managers and users of public funds. They have obviously been drafting judgements but the workshop will strengthen their capacities to clearly include in the judgements keys elements that have to do with deficit, balanced accounts or surplus as well as criminal elements.
