Distrust is only part of problem with toll roads

I refer to the article, “Toll protests boil down to people’s lack of trust” (Business Report, January 23). While Ethel Hazelhurst is correct in stating that most people do not trust the ANC and this is a reason for the toll protests, I believe there is a lot more to it than that. Source
