Electricity price hikes topping 17 percent this year and next came under attack yesterday from Reserve Bank governor Gill Marcus. Revising the bank’s growth forecast for the year, from 3.2 percent to 2.8 percent, she said administered prices should not act as “an inhibitor to growth and investment”. Source
