Capco enters joint venture with Kwok family to develop London site

Capital & Counties Properties (Capco) has reached conditional agreement to sell a 50 percent stake in its interests in Seagrave Road, London, for £65.6 million (R850.9m) to entities in which members of the Kwok family are interested. Source
