Old Mutual surges on Nordic unit sale

Johannesburg-listed shares of Old Mutual surge nearly 11 percent to 16.05 rand, after the insurer says it plans to sell its Nordic business to Skandia Liv for around $3.2 billion, to cut debt and return surplus capital from the deal to shareholders. Source
