Leaders are key to success of SA vision

Of late, much has been written about the National Development Plan. One can only hope the on-time delivery of this draft plan on 11/11/2011 is a sign of things to come as far as the successful delivery of the actions it contains are concerned. What I am convinced of is that leadership excellence is what it will take to create this critical movement. Source
