Education crisis begs for rapid action

The National Development Plan Diagnostic Report identified nine main challenges and “of these elements, the commission believes that two are critical and interrelated: too few people work and the quality of education available to the majority is poor”. The plan states that all nine challenges will be tackled, but that “increasing employment and improving the quality of education must be the highest priorities”. Source
