Jobs problem has many dimensions

The article, “Inclusive growth is only way to solve youth joblessness” (Business Report, October 31) by Ellis Mnyandu seems to show that even journalists are falling for the (Julius) Malema theory that somewhere “out there” is a secretive group of white capitalists, continually plotting the ongoing unemployment and impoverishment of black youth.
