Tackle structural issues, Strauss-Kahn urges SA

THe Government could only address the problems of the jobless by tackling the country's "structural problems", International Monetary Fund (IMF) managing director Dominique Strauss-Kahn said yesterday at the end of a two-day trip to South Africa. He met President Jacob Zuma, Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan and other ministers during his visit.
