Kenya: Judiciary Abetting Coast Land Grabbing - Shaban

Nairobi Star (Nairobi)-A Coast MP has accused the Judiciary of abettingland grabbing in the region. Taveta MP Naomi Shaaban said the Judiciary has been interfering with land cases in court. "The Judiciary itself interferes with land controlboards. Court orders are just given out and DCs threatened to allow someunderhand land deals to occur," said Shaaban at an MPs retreat on draft land bills on Friday. Source
