Nigeria: Govt Refuses to Take Soldiers Off The Streets

Vanguard (Lagos)-THE Federal Government declared, yesterday, that it was not in any way prepared to withdraw soldiers who have been deployed to patrol the streets of Lagos and some other cities across the country until there was total peace in such areas. This came as Lagos lawmakers have joined others in condemning government's action and called for the withdrawal of the soldiers. Source
