Nigeria: Jonathan Announces Cuts in Govt Spending

Leadership (Abuja)-President Goodluck Jonathan has announced that with effect from this year, salaries of political office holders in the country's executive arm of government will be slashed by 25 per cent as a way of cushioning biting effect of the subsidy removal on Nigerians. Source
