Tunisia: Top Ben Ali Officials On Trial for Involvement in Killing of Protesters

Tunisia Live (Tunis)-Today, January 3rd, trial proceedings addressing those killed and wounded in the uprisings prior to the ouster of Ben Ali were resumed. The trial was held at the Military Court of Tunis. The case involved 43 defendants, including Ben Ali and former ministers of interior, Rafik Haj Kacem and Ahmed Friaa. Source
