Rwanda: Hague Court Frees Rebel Leader

Today, 16 December 2011, Pre-Trial Chamber I of the International Criminal Court (ICC) decided by Majority, the Presiding Judge Sanji M. Monageng dissenting, to decline to confirm the charges in the case of "The Prosecutor v. Callixte Mbarushimana" and to release Mr Mbarushimana from the custody of the Court, on the completion of the necessary arrangements. Source
