Sierra Leone: Margai's Plan A Is to Win, Is Plan B to Overthrow?

On the 30th of July 2011, the controversial leader of the People's Movement for Democratic Change PMDC, Charles Francis Margai disclosed that he has pocketed two plans for the 2012 presidential and parliamentary elections. These are plans A and B. Source
