Zimbabwe: Mutasa, Shamu Cross Swords

ZANU-PF secretary for administration, Didymus Mutasa, has crossed swords with the party's political commissar, Webster Shamu, over the latter's failure to implement a directive to facilitate provincial chairmanship polls in Mashonaland West, as factional fights over the matter mount. Source
