Nigeria: Fraud Allegation - Okereke-Onyuike Gets Respite

A Lagos High Court yesterday held that the former Director General of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), Dr. Ndi Okereke-Onyuike and others charged over an alleged N3.3 billion theft need not be physically present in court to argue their preliminary objection challenging the jurisdiction of the court.
