Kenya: Respect Decision of Court, Kamotho Says

Former Kanu Secretary general Joseph Kamotho has cautioned the Executive against opposing decisions made by the Judiciary saying the rule of law must be upheld. The former Cabinet minister said the Executive should respect the separation of powers of the Executive, the Judiciary and the Legislature arms of the government. Source
