Liberia: Commission Fingers Opposition Party for 'Climate of Fear During Bloody Riot'

The five-member Special Independent Commission of Inquiry chaired by Sister Laurene Browne says the leadership of the Congress for Democratic Change or CDC bears the greatest responsibility for the climate of fear, anxiety and insecurity that existed in the country during the bloody riot of November 7, 2011, but the CDC has rejected responsibility.
