Kenya: Bashir Ruling May Prove Inconvenient

YESTERDAY the High Court ruled that the government should arrest Sudanese President Omar El Bashir if he comes to Kenya. Like it or not, Kenya is a signatory to the Rome Statute that established the International Criminal Court. Source
